Mount Washington Valley Non-Profits
2012 Volunteer of the Year Award
Mount Washington Valley Promotions will present our 3rd Annual Volunteer Recognition Event on September 30, 2012 at the Grand Summit Hotel in Bartlett. We will honor volunteers who have made significant contributions to their chosen non-profit organizations and the Mount Washington Valley as a whole. Participating organizations are asked to solicit nominations from the public, their membership and board members and select a recipient from those nominations received. When the organization has selected a recipient, that person’s nomination form and reasons for selection will be forwarded to Valley Promotions. A separate board will review all nominations and select one “Volunteer of the Year” for the Mount Washington Valley.
Plans are still being finalized and sponsors are being sought. Our goal is to make this an affordable evening for all who are interested in participating. The nomination fee for each individual will be $15.00 to defray the costs of awards and refreshments. Attendees may purchase tickets for $5.00 per person.
